Explanation

I started cooking a few months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! I have found so many recipes, websites, etc. that have helped me so much when trying to find food that tastes good and are healthy. I just want to be a source that will help you guys find them as well.

The reason I started cooking was because my mom assigned us a night to cook. I had to get creative because I wanted to cook foods that my family and I liked but could also meet my parents South Beach Diet on Phase 1 requirements. I've found some really yummy recipes that are easy to make and that you will (hopefully) like as well! I'll be putting up a few right now and then I will be posting them as I find them and try them out.

  1. Ceasar salad dressing

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Worcestershire
    1 clove of garlic (minced)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 c Parmesean cheese
    1 tbsp of milk or half and half

    Mix all ingredients together and shake or whisk until well blended.

    takes like 5 min to make and is amazing....thought you might like it
